Are You Getting the Most Out of Your story highlight ideas?
We are often in the middle of the action at the moment we are creating it.
The most obvious thing is a person’s own head, headgear, or head-gear-specific clothing. This is much more of a personal matter and is a way to get rid of your wardrobe. If you’re not sure what costume you want, don’t make an immediate decision. If you’re not sure what clothes you want, go ahead and decide what you want to buy.
The second thing is that as you get more interested in what other people are going through, you are more likely to see the story on a more extensive scale. If you’re watching a movie or watching a concert, or are watching a game or a new movie, it seems like you are not doing the right thing.
You might not be doing the right thing if you don’t know what you are doing. You may be sitting at home doing nothing, or you may be going out to a place that is completely different from your current surroundings. If youre not sure what you are doing, ask a friend what they are doing. If you dont know exactly what you are doing, ask someone else.
You could spend a lot of time asking friends and family what they are doing or going out. You could just tell yourself, “I’m not doing anything I don’t want to do, I’m going to be happy today because I don’t have to do anything I don’t want to do.
Going out to a new place is the perfect segue to an introspective exercise. Its great to see the world around you and to see what the people around you are doing. But its even better to see what you are doing.
There are times when we all need to break loose from the daily routine and actually be alone and see things a bit differently. If you are an artist, an actor, a musician, a writer, an inventor, a dancer, a runner, a climber, an artist-in-residence, etc. you are going to need to step out and do something that is a bit different.
I would argue that what we are doing as artists, actors, musicians, writers, inventors, etc. is in fact very similar to what we do as engineers. I think this kind of “creative” work is the best way to break from the daily routine. As a developer I would consider the idea of doing this “creative” work as a “job.
Like the game itself, there are things you can do that you can’t do unless you are working on it, and that’s really not true. When we do go to a new place, a new design or new location, there are things that are different than what you have already done in your previous one. There are things you can do to get new things done. It’s not like the thing you are doing is going to be in your head.
